3. Operation 
    Operation by manual or automatic
    3.1 By manual
           Select test item, then press the start button to test that item.
    3.2 By automatic
           Test procedure：Layer Short test→Insulation Resistance test→AC Puncture test→
                                           DC Resistance test→Rotational Direction test.
           Test will stop automatically and buzzer will alarm if any abnormality occurred during test. 
           Test cycle is about 12~15sec/set
